Joe
3rd Generation Owner/Operator

Joe grew up in the jewelry business and learned at a very young age the basics of what it means to have a store that is family owned and operated; treat customers as you would guests in your home, carry quality products, service what you sell, and give back to the community. After graduating from Northwood University with a BA in Business and Entrepreneurship, Joe and cousin Andy opened and managed the very successful Waterfall Jewelers II in 2010 in White Lake. He now has returned to the Waterford store after the retirement of Tom and Chris. Joe excels in all facets of the jewelry business including diamond and bridal sales, watches, custom designing, and repair consultations.

“I must admit I have a passion for watches and helping diamond customers, but I really love interacting with people so you may find me helping out at the Pandora counter or changing batteries. Wherever our customers need help I’m there.”

“I have worked in our family jewelry business most of my adult life but even after many years I still find that each day presents fresh opportunities to learn new things and interact with new people. One of the aspects I love most are the stories shared with me while I’m appraising a client’s jewelry or helping them redesign a family heirloom piece, handed down to them over generations, into something they can wear and cherish daily. These stories never fail to show me again and again just how important jewelry is to a family’s history, and how it has lasting significance that nothing else can compare with.”
