EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

If you are not happy with the jewelry you’ve selected or received as a gift, you may return it with no questions asked. Please see our return policy for more information.

We will also replace or repair any purchase found to be defective at no cost to you. This guarantee does not include normal wear and tear.

LIFETIME NATURAL DIAMOND UPGRADE

As your love grows over time, your natural diamond can too! When you’re ready to upgrade, we’ll allow you the full original purchase price of your natural diamond of a .25ct or larger toward the purchase of another diamond of at least 2 times the value. Mountings are not included in trade-value.

JEWELRY AND WATCH REPAIR

Waterfall Jewelers Guarantees everything we make, repair, or sell for 1 year from the date of delivery unless otherwise noted here or in writing to the customer.

Items not covered under this guarantee include:

• Glued items and enameling
• loss of any prong set stone that has 3 or less prongs
• loss of any round stone over 1/2 carat unless it is set in a six prong setting or other fancy shaped diamond not set in the maximum # of prongs for the shape of the gemstone. We do not assume any responsibility of the loss of a single diamond or expensive colored gemstone above 1 carat. Customers should have stones appraised and covered by a jewelry rider with their homeowners insurance.
• Repair on jewelry that have worn prongs, worn channels, worn bead settings, or thin bezels that the customer has decided not to have repaired.
• Sizing of rings with thin shanks
• Rhodium plating. This is not a permanent treatment and will have to be applied from time to time.

Watch repairs are guaranteed for 12 months.

JEWELRY CLEANING AND INSPECTION

Waterfall Jewelers recommends a 6 month inspection and cleaning of your fine jewelry as part of a regular maintenance routine. Our jewelry repair team will provide this service no charge.

Most white gold jewelry has a rhodium plating finish which has to be applied from time to time. For items purchased from Waterfall Jewelers, we offer this service free of charge for the first 3 years. We also offer a complimentary first ring re-sizing and complimentary Letter of Value or Insurance Appraisal on new purchases.
