Merchandise in original condition may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase with original receipt unless otherwise marked. It is important to insure your jewelry against loss, but its value can fluctuate over time as the value of diamonds, gems and precious metals change. Waterfall Jewelers will provide a free appraisal evaluation with every qualifying purchase as well as a free update of that appraisal every five years so you can keep your policy up to date. Our GIA and AGS certified insurance appraisers can also evaluate other jewelry not purchased at Waterfall Jewelers for a varying fee.
