Return Policy

If you are not happy with the jewelry you’ve selected or received as a gift, you may return it with no questions asked. Merchandise in original condition may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase with original receipt unless otherwise marked.

Any merchandise special ordered (items that must be ordered in a special size or items that we do not normally stock), custom made, personalized or altered, including ring sizing, at the customer’s request are not returnable.

Watches may only be returned if they are unworn and returned in their original packaging with the original box and all original documentation enclosed.

Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash.

We will also replace or repair any purchase found to be defective at no cost to you. This guarantee does not include normal wear and tear.
